About the photographs:
They document my travels throughout Norway beginning in 1975. Over the years I have been able to experience all four seasons in Norway, and have visited many regions from the southern coast to the North Cape. My preference is to avoid heavily traveled tourist locations, choosing instead to explore out-of-the-way places where I can meet local people and learn more about their part of this diverse country. I especially enjoy learning local history, habits and dialects.
About the prints:
Working from original 35mm Kodachrome slides, digital files are made with a Polaroid (4000 dpi) film scanner. The resulting (20MB TIFF) images are then printed through an Epson Stylus Photo inkjet printer onto heavyweight 'Legion' paper. Digital prints offer a high quality, affordable alternative to custom color prints made in a commercial lab.
Purchasing prints:
Print size is approximately 8x10 inches. Custom matts are white in color and measure 16x20 inches. Prints may be purchased matted or unmatted.
Larger sizes are also available.
NOTE: At this time, I do not have a commercial web account, and therefor cannot accept on-line orders or payment. Please request a complete pricelist via e-mail.
